After several months of exchanges and discussion, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed on January 7th, 2026, drafting the main principles and a roadmap for the cooperation between the companies related to the development of a GEO satellite platform.

Spacens a pu présenter à son stand les cas d'usage de son satellite GEO en version tactique.
This study was awarded to three French players (working separately, in silos) to pave the ground for the French Mini-GEO product.
Spacens presented and conducted, in front of CNES, the final meeting of the High Density Small GEO study, completed in cooperation with Airbus, Large Space Structure GmbH, Mecano-ID and Novaspace, confirming the need and feasibility for capacitive GEO telecom satellites at low cost.
